Work Experience
For the past three months, I have been an Account Manager at Mitchell Media, which is a Digital Marketing Agency servicing the Greater Philadelphia Area. My work includes serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. I also develop new business with existing and new clients and identify areas of improvement.
Before I came on full-time, I interned in the creative department of the same agency. I worked with the marketing team to create targeted advertising strategies for key customer demographics. I also worked on an influencer campaign for an author who was re-releasing his books.
After graduating from college, I was fortunate to land a job as a Service Coordinator at Homemaker Service of the Metropolitan Area. I managed a caseload of about 50 individuals and families while designing individualized service plans that took into account clients’ goals and preferences. During my time here I honed my customer service skills as I had to interact with a diverse set of clients.
