Marketing Channels—Direct to Consumer

  • Septa’s current website: A home base to provide information on product launches, what the product offers, and where/how to download. Banner and homepage links will advertise the initial app launch.

  • Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram): A social strategy across SEPTA’s social media channels will help to promote recent launches, updates, new features, and how riders are utilizing the new app.

  • Kiosk and public transit adverts: Advertising throughout the city including areas frequently traveled such as buses and stops, subway advertisements, and kiosk stations.

  • Email: A chance to reconnect with SEPTA’s current database to let them know of most recent app launches
