•Direct all telephone fundraising efforts which in FY16 secured 40.8% of all Annual Giving donors raising $614,141, a 20% increase from FY15.
•Manage the $2M Annual Giving Program which generates support from Temple’s 300,000 alumni base by refocusing tone and strategy in Annual Fund solicitations. Quadrupled response rate, increased average gift by 11%.
•Research, write and edit a full portfolio of materials (direct mail, email, tele-fundraising, web, social media and stewardship) in support of strategic initiatives to inspire new or continued philanthropy.
•Use benchmarking analytics to inform strategies.
•Hire, train, and supervise student workers.

•Coordinate and oversee logistics associated with events and meetings, including the Annual Giving Conference consisting of 100 attendees.

•Produced revenue reports for 10 of the largest Public Broadcasting Stations, amounting to over 300 million dollars annually.  Generated and analyzed by campaign for department fundraising assessment.
•Created and supervised the internal volunteer program.

•Developed new processes for the in-house pledge and gift acknowledgments programs consisting of over 500,000 letters per year.
