Thermostats

There are 3 zones of climate control in the house, which are controlled by two applications.

Nest: The Nest Thermostat which controls the whole house central air conditioning and central heating.

Kumo Cloud: There are ductless units mounted in each of the bedrooms, which allows you to personally control the temperature for each room. This will allow you to personally adjust the temperature while you sleep
