      Hi Kat, thanks for providing the conversion rates related to personalized message/emails! It is convincing and really pointing to the importance of personalization in marketing tactics. I always prefer to receive personalized email tailoring my specific needs and it encourages me to react to the delivered coupon or sales. I agree with you that the email automation software will not leave the marketers free. The launch of marketing automation platforms is probably a lot more difficult than most people think. Marketers have to work closely with software technicians to ensure a successful operation and maintenance of the automation platforms, in order to improve the design of personalized messages, deliver behavioral emails, and enhance the customer experience and engagement.

If we think the brand’s page -> social media marketing -> potential customers/audience -> brand’s site as an operational cycle, both home site and digital channels should be well designed in order to improve the business process. Thus, greater user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) can be achieved along this business process to improve engagement and conversion rate.
