I remember when this blew up on TikTok and I am kicking myself right now that I never got the chance to order it. I am all sorts of a Chipotle fan, I pretty much eat it ~3 times a week, so I definitely had chance I just never acted on it. I definitely think that Chipotle should’ve just turned a blind eye to the hack (I’m only saying this because I…[Read more]

Hi Morg!
So interesting, I didn’t know this was a thing. I do remember traveling internationally pre-covid and using Clear to help get through CBP and that required my picture to be taken to ease the process, but I had consented (and paid) to that. I think it’s so crazy, all the new technologies that are coming out using AI to improve certain…[Read more]

So funny you wrote about this Demi, I just experience something similar not too long ago. I was traveling home from a work trip with some coworkers, and we pulled off the highway right around Baltimore for gas, and our Google Maps kept sending us in the wrong direction. Like quite literally told us to go the wrong way 8 different times, it was…[Read more]

This is the first I’m hearing about this, but I can tell you, I would definitely eat a Big Mac n Cheese, that sounds amazing. Reading your article the whole time I was thinking “wow what a good idea by Kraft to get McDonald’s to work with them on a Big Mac” but when I started reading the comments I realized I didn’t even think about McDonald’s and…[Read more]

Alexis- such an interesting article. This is the first I am hearing of “Trivia Quest”, and it sounds so interesting! I know you also mentioned “Bandersnatch”, but this reminded me of “Black Mirror” and how they integrated interactive TV into their shows. Though for “Black Mirror” they did a lot of publicity and posting about it, for this seemingly…[Read more]

Similar to Henry, I use social media way too often. I swear I pick up my phone for 3 minutes and scroll through 8 TikToks only for it to be 3 hours later and my eyeballs are burning from staring at my phone for so long. I remember a couple of weeks ago reading a similar article about the decline of social media, and I thought that man was crazy…[Read more]

I haven’t lived in the city since college, so I haven’t used Uber as frequently as I used to, so I wasn’t aware at all of this switch. I don’t like the subscription roads that so many companies and apps are taking. It actually makes me not want to use the app at all and just switch to Lyft. I was not aware of the shift, but I’m sure Uber handled…[Read more]

Hannah, such a relatable article, I think there is nothing that hits better than a fresh coffee to start the week off. I am also a sucker for a good deal, which is why I tend to lean more toward Dunkin’ than Starbucks. I love the deals and am constantly looking on the app for any new promotions they are doing.
I think an app that really stands…[Read more]

I am sure all, if not most, of us have heard of influencers (honestly, I’d be really surprised if you haven’t so far, they are everywhere (we even have two in our class)). But have you ever really looked into the […]

Kirsten,
I really liked your article because most of the time I have read about IoT and grocery stores is how they work with delivery apps. I did not even know that weighing smart scales and temperature adjusting freezers and fridges existed. I think these smart devices, specifically the shelves, will be extremely beneficial to supermarkets as…[Read more] -

One of my breakout groups entertained the idea of a virtual try-on mirror in one of our class sessions, and I was so impressed by the technology. As impressive as it is, I do not personally think I would buy into it or use it in a store. I love seeing how clothes look on my actual body and will continue to actually go through the process of trying…[Read more]

Hi Megan,
I really liked your article. My immediate thoughts on Preso and HiMirror were that they both seem like very cool inventions that will go a long way in the beauty industry. I definitely think Preso would be cool to have in stores around the country like Ulta, Target, or Sephora to help out all customers who are as confused as I am when…[Read more]
