When I first saw this in the news I thought o our class a while back. This is what Amazon needed to get into the grocery game. Now that they have stores and a distribution, wer’e going to see a lot more changes. I can see in the next couple years job losses due to cashier – less stores, but next day or same deliver will be the next big thing.

Brand consideration is huge for any company when it comes to the customer journey. They’re getting reviews and options on different options. When they ask they’re friends about the brand, they’re going to tell them their good and bad experiences with them. So what might have been a “sure thing”, can completely change.

I have to agree the separate systems aren’t working. There has to be away where the sales feed back from the customers can be used in some type of platform for marketing to process to make adjustments. Hubspot seems to have the right approach when it comes to using CRM.

This is a great example of when good intentions go wrong. So many times topics get way off track and time gets lost because of it. Ive been in many meetings where not everything could be resolved because others needed to get something off their chest or other topics came up out of know where. Theres so much lost focus!
