@tug66388 Hi Matthew! I couldn’t agree more, web design and UI in my opinion can drive ROI. Since it’s all about customer centricity, a customer friendly design and user experience will make customers want to engage with your content or product. More time spent leads to conversions.
@justin-jones it’s interesting to see how some companies over engineer and forget about that content engagement you refer to.
