Hello everyone! I am excited to join this group. I think gathering diverse perspectives is a great way to ensure that you are gathering information holistically. Does anyone have any insights on the best way to track a customer through his/her entire journey on a website? And/or what is the best way to validate a customer’s identity/profile (from an online marketer’s perspective)?
