I have been working in marketing for the past 10 years. I started off doing freelance work with multiple clients in the Philadelphia area helping to build their marketing strategies and content calendars. I was then hired by a B2B company, MarketResearch.com, in the Washington D.C. area to help oversee all of their social media marketing. This role quickly evolved into a ‘jane of all trades’ role and I learned e-mail marketing/creation/automation, CRM management and much more. In August of 2015 I was recruited by Safeway for a job that I couldn’t refuse – Digital Marketing Manager of their Eastern Division Office. I currently oversee all things digital marketing for our division and would like to bring more to the table in my current role with my education from Temple University. I believe digital marketing is constantly changing with new trends and it’s important to learn these trends and stay on top.
