Since September of 2012, I have been an eCommerce Manager with Hilton Worldwide. In this role, I work with an average of around 50 hotels to manage and maintain their web presence. In addition to helping these hotels with any online needs, I create optimized content for their websites as well as external listings such as Google My Business, Bing and Yext, manage their imagery and create online marketing strategies and plans.
Before taking this position with Hilton, I served as a Merchandising Manager at Pinnacle Promotions. In this role, I managed the product offerings on the company’s e-Commerce website. This involved working with vendors to select products, pricing product, editing product descriptions and managing the overall product selection on the website. Before taking on the Merchandising Manager role, I served as a Marketing Coordinator. In this position I worked with the Marketing Director to conduct email marketing, direct marketing and to complete any marketing support as needed.
In these roles I have been able to greatly grow my eCommerce and Marketing skillsets. I look forward to continuing to challenge my knowledge while growing in this field.

Hi Kimberly! I thought I would reach out to introduce myself. It is not often I meet someone who lives in Georgia while attending Temple University. I am particularly fond of Atlanta because I grew up in Mountain Brook, Alabama. Professionally speaking I am a marketing research professional so I am interested in how you analyze properties for Hilton and convert that into success. In the past, I’ve been involved with survey work to measure property interest within a specific geographic area. Also, I’ve conducted consumer experience research studies to get at satisfaction and loyalty. It will be fascinating to understand what we each have experienced in our respective professions along with applying what we learn here in the area of digital.
