As a Corporate Communications professional, I have witnessed first-hand the impact technology has had on communication protocols; from the proliferation of the Internet and its internal equivalent – intranets – to the mobile revolution, which is rendering channels businesses have long relied on to communicate with employees all but extinct. The speed and scale of change that our increasingly digital world is driving within corporate communications is like nothing I’ve seen before. As a forward-thinking marketer, I’m interested in exploring the intersection of technology and marketing in order to develop and deliver communication strategies and compelling content that improve experiences and drive business objectives.
