The majority of my professional career has involved some element of getting the right message to the right place in a clear, understandable, actionable way. Regardless of the communication channel – and whether the communication is to customers or to internal colleagues, I strive to place myself in the shows of the person receiving the message. The way that we humans interact and communicate has evolved so radically and rapidly, and will continue to. I want to update my repertoire, I want to learn how to think differently about how, why, when, where. That is why I’ve chosen to join the MS Digital Innovation in Marketing program.
