Defining user experience (UX)

User experience (UX) is considered the process design that the experts use to create products that impart significant and concerning expertise to the different users. The process of UX involves the structure in its whole process as obtaining. It amalgamates into the product, entailed in design, function, information architecture, branding, design, usability, and Human-Computer Interaction. The user experience depicts how a user interconnects and engages with the affairs of the product, service, or system. Experience entails perceptions of utility, ease in the use, and efficiency because of the user with a content strategy. The type of content developed dramatically impacts the experience of the user while procuring or using a specific service or product

Uniqueness of UX

UX design is empathically enabled practices that are structured to sort the human and business problems and eradicate the resistance and obstacles in attaining the desired objectives. UX is generally user-centered work heightened with a scope of the process and retains leveraging the best-informed efforts until it addresses every user’s needs and concerns issues optimally. UX is linked to the accessibility and indulging of several potential users for procuring personas, structuring wireframes, testing design, and interacting prototypes. Products embed with UX impart a more incredible experience to the user are therefore structured not only according to the product’s consumption or use in mind but even the whole process of acquiring and troubleshooting. In the same manner, the UX design focuses on generating products that may be used and connecting on different user experience aspects like efficiency, pleasure, and even fun. Content such as product images, descriptions, service infographics, and more contribute to increased efficiency in presenting these designs, thus leading to improved user experience. An efficient user experience helps meet the specific needs of the particular context that would be used in the product by a user. The UX of Nike entails a membership program that enacts with the members for exclusive gears, shoes, athlete stories events, and running and training programs. The UX design imparts new and timely information concerning the membership of NikePlus in a manner both engaging and educational (Maia, and Furtado, 2016). The UX design felicitated communicates the value to the user connecting to a transparent vision of how NikePlus may benefit them, as shown in the image. The image shows an infographic that includes content on Nike Vapormax, its uses, specifications, and more, contributing to customer attraction and increasing users’ positive experiences.

Class-related problem solving using UX

UX can provide a core experience to the user with its human-centered design enabling them to deal with learning. They make specific visual designs, interactions, etc. UX would develop an approach entailed with several executions helping to create a classroom relationship, encouraging participation, and nurturing an eccentric student atmosphere among the classroom (Santoso, et al. 2016).
