While pursuing my degree in marketing, I have developed an interest in brand management, especially when it comes to applying the latest digital innovations such as mobile, location-based services, and big data to marketing campaigns. Due to my experience as an Advertising & PR Intern through the University of North Texas, I sparked interest in expanding on my training with integrating marketing, advertising, sales, and logistics across physical and digital channels. One key area I would like to work on is creating and delivering management decisions in the way we conduct business, which would meet the growing demand for direction in today’s ever-changing business world. I could see myself fulfilling a brand management position; however, working in advertising intrigued my interest in the areas of social media analytics or other similar career paths that would suit me after graduation.
