A-G-I-L-E, that’s how you spell VICTORY.

I’ll be brushin’ up on my #projectmanagement skills in grad school this summer by taking a ‘Process Improvement & Innovation’ course with Steve Sclarow, MBA, AIA — and crushin’ some handy certifications, like this Agile one from Project Management Institute.

P.S. The former Project Manager in me (read: recovering perfectionist) is slightly exhausted thinking about the old days leading #scrum meetings and motivating unmotivated team members, but I’m also excited to revisit, unlearn, and re-learn with Fox School of Business at Temple University!

Dropping some fresh knowledge here. The four key values of #Agile:

– Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
– Working software over comprehensive documentation
– Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
– Responding to change over following a plan
