With any large corporation there are typically various areas that are decentralized which has it disadvantages. Some major projects I have led focused on leveraging economies of scale by utilizing my company’s portfolio in efforts to centralization. Results of centralization consists of standardization of messaging, execution and improved pricing. This has become a passion of mine, in which I continue to strive for additional opportunities within my organization.
In addition, being recently introduced to Shopper Marketing, I am learning about both consumers and shoppers behaviors and how to target them by utilizing different platforms, specifically focusing on digital tactics. There is so much involved from a “digital” world, which sparked my interest even more and directed me to look for additional resources to help support me in understanding this complex topic. I’m looking forward to learning about digital and becoming apart of Temple’s Digital Innovation in Marketing alumni.
