MS Digital Innovation in Marketing, Fox School of Business, Temple University
I am currently a Graduate Student Consultant at Temple University’s Small Business Development Center, having recently earned my Master’s in Digital Innovation in Marketing. I chose this program because I love learning new techniques, methods, and skills to accomplish a task, reach a goal, or solve a business problem. Due to its dynamic nature with the continuous introduction of new technology, digital marketing is extremely interesting to me because it allows one to combine creativity with strategic thinking when looking to inform or reach consumers regarding a product, program, or initiative.
As a Graduate Student Consultant at Temple University’s Small Business Development Center, I primarily work with individuals looking to create their own startup and many of whom are interested in implementing aspects of digital marketing. This has included which platforms or channels to use to reach their target audiences, how to use these various platforms and communication channels effectively, how to measure the effectiveness of their current digital marketing campaign, and how to improve or refine their current campaign.
Through the Digital Innovation in Marketing program, I’ve gained the necessary education and skills to help me to better serve my clients in these areas. It has helped me to round out my education and provided me with a more holistic view of how to create, analyze, and measure campaigns and various communications and marketing methods necessary to implement a successful campaign, to grow a business, to market a product or service, or to solve a business problem.
