The surge in digital media in recent years has spiked my interest in what this means for marketers. The speed at which everything in the digital world is changing promises innovation in the field of marketing, which I find to be encouraging and captivating. Specifically, I look forward to the growth in popularity of AI personal assistants and learning how to target those assistants, rather than the consumer directly. I also think that the use of brand ambassadors on social media is integral in the way that we market toward, specifically, the younger generations, because they rely so heavily on these channels.
