Quite honestly I was unsure how to define Elicitation before this course.
Elicitation (noun) comes from Elicit (verb) which is defined as; to call forth or draw out (something, such as information or a response). In regards to the process and how this term was intended throughout the course, I learned that Elicitation and Analysis go hand in hand in order to problem-solve. These processes help us determine the purpose of our work while keeping the customer and stakeholder’s best interests in mind. This course allowed me to advanced my knowledge on how elicitation and analysis work together and allow us to come up with more innovative business solutions. Proud to have another certification under my belt!
