The Atlantic Group
Currently, I am a perm placement Associate Recruiter for the Atlantic Group. My primary focus is on General, Mechanical, and Civil Contracting positions. Positions that I help fill range from Project Engineers, BIM Coordinators, Project Managers, and Project Executives. I have grown tremendously since I joined the firm, as I have learned how to recruit passive candidates and utilize the power of LinkedIn. I billed $150k in year one.
Outsource LLC
Before joining the Atlantic Group, I worked for close to 5 years for Outsource LLC. I started my time at Outsource in Los Angeles. I started working for Outsource, because I felt I could communicate and relate better to the people I was recruiting, because I had previously worked as a low voltage technician between summers in college. I was so successful at the Corporate Office, that they offered me an opportunity to start the Atlanta Branch after 1 year of employment, along with another coworker.
In a two year period of time, my coworker and I had successfully turned the Atlanta branch into a top 4 branch at the company. I became the first recruiter on the East Coast to hit 10k in gross profit a week. When I was moved to Atlanta, I was promoted to Senior Recruiter. In a years time I was promoted to Regional Fulfillment Manager, where I managed a team of 5 recruiters underneath me. I also successfully trained the top recruiter in the entire company. During that time I averaged $540,000k of gross profit a year.
During my third year, I was approached by upper management to move to our New York City Branch, called Crewforce. I continued my duties as the Regional Fulfillment Manager, and helped grow the branch. I was eventually promoted to Account Recruiting Manager, where I was managing 2 accounts, which I grew by 500% in a short period of time.
Emerald Health Services
I received the opportunity to become a Recruiter at Emerald Health Services by networking at the Los Angeles Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni. I had sales experience at the time, but I had never recruited before. At Emerald, I learned the basics of recruiting. I placed Travel Nurses, and Per Diem Nurses throughout the country. While working there, I developed my own business website to create more leads. I also assisted the nurses with completing paperwork, creating video profiles, and nurse licensing.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car
After moving to Los Angeles, I got my first sales job as Management Trainee with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. During my time at Enterprise, I had the opportunity to work at the LAX Branch, which is the largest branch in the entire world. While there, I was a top 15 sales performer out of 60 trainees, for 6 consecutive months. I learned the power of customer service, and how to keep customers happy under every circumstances. Enterprise gave me a great foundation to build my sales career off of.
