Carcierge was developed to deliver vehicle diagnostic capabilities to car owners while encouraging them to remain engaged with their dealer. Car owners will have access to a number of convenient and time – saving features through the Carcierge app, including the ability to schedule service appointments, receive estimates for repairs and parts, and pay for the work all through their smartphone. All of these features will empower the car owner while forging long term loyalty with the dealer through two way connectivity.
The Carcierge name connotes white glove service, which car owners will experience through use of the app. The Carcierge On Board Diagnostic (OBD) sensor will transmit valuable vehicle diagnostic data via Bluetooth to the vehicle owner’s Carcierge app. The app will convey the diagnostic data to the dealer, and allow the dealer to send out an estimate for repair as well as schedule a service appointment.
The Carcierge LITE OBD sensor would be a low cost device with Bluetooth only, and by relying on the car owner’s existing smartphone cellular plan, the need for integrating 3G wireless into the device itself would be obviated.
The Carcierge PRO OBD sensor would feature integrated 3G wireless technology, and offer additional features such as crash alerts, live vehicle tracking and parking tracking. Carcierge PRO will also allow a dealer salesperson to pinpoint the precise location of inventory, see other cars that need to be moved, and know a car’s operability status (battery, fuel levels), all from his or her smartphone. The salesperson can then take a customer directly to a vehicle of interest, knowing it is ready for a test drive, thereby creating a better customer experience and improving dealer efficiency.
Carcierge would be sold to automotive dealers on a per product basis. The Carcierge OBD sensors would be sold on a tiered basis, with discounts available for bulk purchases. The Carcierge LITE devices would be low cost, and the premium Carcierge PRO devices would be sold at a higher price point. There would no cost for the app itself.
The goal would be to integrate the service into the dealer’s DMS (Dealer Management System), which would enable Carcierge to show ROI based on service appointments scheduled through the app.
Product pricing TBD.
There is only one true competitor in the marketplace, but they have yet to introduce their touted product: Connected Maintenance from SiriusXM/CDK. It was due to be released to automotive dealers this summer. So far, no sign of it.
We plan to market the Carcierge service package to dealers as a product to be sold in both the sales and service departments. We would target luxury dealers first, as they are most likely to adopt a service offering convenience and value.

For this, I thought we could create a simple contact us form on our page.
Not sure if we want to mimic this: http://digitalmarketing.temple.edu/forklyft/about/meet – the – team. Ifwe do, we’ll need to come up with creative titles for ourse
