    • Likes the brand logo and appreciates us thinking ahead with branding
    • Team is missing the “meat” of the project and needs a project plan; need “facts and figures”
      • How are we getting food trucks on board?
        • Team reaching out to Food Truck associations to interview people and figure out pain points
        • Team also working on surveys for food truck owners and students
      • What are we offering that other brands aren’t?
    • Can pivot to secondary research if we’re having trouble getting survey responses – https://linchpinseo.com/trends-food-truck-industry/; use observational research; look into similar markets/brands using similar methods
  • Rebecca’s Feedback
    • Sending survey to food trucks is critical; will determine what will get the owners on board
    • Important to have a balance with a multi-sided platform; too much of one group over the other (customers vs. food truck owners) makes it tricky to find success with the app
    • If we’re having trouble getting survey responses from food truck owners, use the “snowball method” to try and get more people on board; keep questions and time spent interviewing short + sweet (roughly 15 min.)
  • Prototype/Next Steps
    • Need to build user flows, process model and customer journey (for both the food truck owners and the customer)
    • For Tableau – look for data that supports our narrative; goal is to create the market and use data to support our hypothesis
      • Potential resources – Kaggel
    • Aim for 6-8 survey responses (Each person should talk to 2-3 food truck owners)
    • Put together/Share a project plan outlining tasks by due dates – can use trello boards, Microsoft Projects, Excel sheets, etc.
    • Need more details around branding + brand positioning
