Zenbox Digital Innovation

Zenbox’s digital innovation will be a portal that gives transparency to the tangible results of Zenbox’s service offering (website with high-quality content). Progress will be broken out by page to identify progress and opportunities on a granular level.  The portal will display which pages Zenbox is focusing work on at that given time, and which pages or tasks the company will be focusing on next. Clients can utilize the content calendar to upload and edit relevant content (text, images, and video). Clients can also schedule meetings with the Zenbox team, as well as talk live and discuss projects using the chat portal. Clients will be notified via email (can opt for text message alerts) for any changes that are made to the tasks they are assigned to. Post-launch, the portal will also include SEO information, still sorted by page, and current position and future growth opportunities for each page and blog post. This digital innovation will solve problems that were identified by interviews with small business organizations and small business owners / self-experiences.  Show progress of individual pages and blog posts on the website. Aggregate metrics from Google search console, moz, semrush and other sources to break them out by page. Have the next page to improve up top, with client import upload areas for text, images or promotions to include.
