Project Plan

Objectives 

  • Digitalize the touring experience in gardens using a native mobile app featured a wide range of functions
  • Enhance the guest engagement with gardens as well as the combination of joy and education
  • Improve the attendance/revenue of horticultural parks with an app-based digital experience

Minimum Viable Product (MVP) 

  • A mobile app that provides a convenient all-in-one digital solution to visiting gardens and parks

  • Brand Development (company name, logo)
  • Establish Proposed Solutions (check-in, interactive maps, route planner, e-commerce, plant scanner, gamification, etc.)
