CONSUMER JOURNEY

Our ideal target customer to convert with our app is Mark. He is already a big sports fan and spends a lot of his time on mobile. He prefers experiences over things and is already engaged with the team on FB. His initial journey starts with research and goes to converting after a game. In the bottom black section, you will see how he is interacting with the app during each phase. It starts with awareness, download, use once, and convert to a regular app user.
