Project Assumptions

  • CareCar executives will update and follow the project timeline on Asana. The team’s main source of communication is Gmail and will use Google Drive and Asana to share information.
  • CareCar executives will meet with external stakeholder, Linda, on a biweekly basis. We will present updates and discuss possible solutions and alternatives.
  • CareCar executives will meet with external stakeholders, Amy and Rebecca, on a monthly basis. The meeting agenda will consist of analyzing and updating the most recent drafts on the project site.

  • App Development: $150K
  • Website Development: $25K
  • Branded Cars: $350K
  • Launch Marketing & Promotion: $300K ($150K Drivers/$150K Users)
  • Driver Verification: $40K (500 Drivers)
  • Driver Training: $40K (500 Drivers)
  • Driver Kits: $45K (500 Drivers)
