With more than 25 years of digital marketing and agency experience, Cindy Dumont, Founder and CEO of True Blue Branding, Inc., continually pushes the boundaries on marketing innovation, branding, creativity and execution. Her experience in leadership roles and expertise in brand strategy development and social, digital and mobile campaigns will expand our market reach, increase brand awareness and engagement. Her start-up experience with clients as well as with a company she owned called Huburbia, a social calendaring app, exposed her to the process of by raising series A funding and developing apps in a start-up environment.

Starting her first business at age 9 selling friendship bracelets and other crafts, Nichole is an entrepreneur at heart with a corporate background. She is a digital marketing professional currently working as a social media manager for a large pharmaceutical company.  Nichole, a former military brat, grew up mostly in the Philadelphia area and has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Philadelphia University.

A PR guy, currently based at Temple University. Ben has had previous experience with NBC10, CBS3 and The Philadelphia Eagles while attending Temple as an undergraduate student. He also hosted a sports-radio talk show and was on the Executive Board for Temple University Student Government, while graduating with a degree in Media Studies and Production.

William Paterson University alumnus, Philadelphia-based social media and digital marketing specialist currently working in digital strategy for the Strategic Marketing and Communications department at Temple University. 

A Jersey girl residing in the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia! Crystal believes Marketing and IT will change the world. As a Marketing Manager for Oasis Senior Advisors, Crystal’s main goal is to increase the online presence for the Central Jersey and Mainline territory.  She manages all online marketing, print, and PR.

Carolina girl currently residing in the wonderful city of Philadelphia. Danielle is an ambitious producer, editor and shooter. As a video producer for Temple University Athletics, she combines her passion for storytelling and social media with her interests in sports.
