UX and Happy Customers

The way you treat and interact with your customers can either build or kill your business. If you owned a local coffee shop and a customer walks up to your shop’s door and finds it locked around 9 a.m.? What do you think they will do? If they’re a repeat customer, chances are they’ll give you the benefit of the doubt and try again tomorrow. But if they’re a first-timer, well, they might walk away and never return. The same is true for your website, service, or app. If it loads slow, has poor navigation, a lousy design, and frustrating adds, the user experience will be sub-par at best. Angry and disappointed users stop using your product and could potentially influence others to avoid you altogether.

To keep users happy and engaged is through a fantastic user experience, also known as UX. UX defines the kind of experience and connection that consumers get when using your product. It is the emotions users feel, good or bad that customers get after using your service or product. Developers strive for the ultimate user experience where everything is laid out intuitively for the user. They want to create a friction-free occurrence that makes happy customers who leave great reviews.

It is evident that without a quality user experience, your customers will feel unappreciated and will most likely move to your competitors. As attention spans narrow and the next best thing is only a click away, it is essential to keep users happy and engaged. The user experience is

Offering both customers new and old, a clean layout with easy navigation can make you stand out among your competitors.
