The selection process was as follows:

The MS-DIM Director invited submissions from DIM students

The Top 7 entries were shared with the committee who selected the top 3 to share and discuss

Each committee member anonymously voted for the top recipient     

The selection committee consisted of members of the IBIT team, who are the creators of this award.
