Capital Planning Strategy Specialist (July 2019-Present)
Ensure alignment of Smart Energy Plan messaging across internal and external channels; interfacing with various internal clients (e.g. Project Management, Corporate Communications, Community Development, Legislative, and Regulatory) to provide information regarding Smart Energy Plan projects throughout service territory; launched and managed SharePoint database of projects, collateral and materials for external communication use; created monthly and quarterly reports for Ameren Missouri senior leadership as well as Board of Directors; prepared Smart Energy Plan report-out decks for senior leadership.
Social Community Manager (September 2017-July 2019)
Managed social media strategy and channels (Facebook, Twitter) for Ameren Missouri/ consulted and coached our digital customer service team in brand voice and tone for social media responses/ worked within Corporate Communications team to establish KPIs for campaigns and internal clients/ presented social metrics to department and executive leadership/ managed $60,000 annual budget for social media marketing and promotions/ evaluated strategy for projects and programs based on social metrics/ provided line of sight to our daily publishing rotation as well as trending topics and subjects.

Digital Media Producer (August 2015-August 2017)
Role expanded in 2015 to focus on Nine Network content, programs and social media/produced digital videos around programs for social media platforms, which increased engagement by 30 percent/built social media campaigns and strategies for events and special projects/trained production staff on social and digital media resources and updates.
Web Content Manager (October 2014-August 2015)
Relaunched and managed national and local education initiative websites, which lead to doubled amount of time on site and pages visited/ evaluated and consulted 33 station websites/ created and executed editorial and social media strategies and best practices/ managed national American Graduate Facebook and Twitter, which grew between 20-30 percent in monthly impressions, respectively.

Post original and aggregated content to KSDK.com and mobile apps for 1 million daily PVs; assist reporters with writing web-friendly stories; pitch digital angles and teases for on air; local stories picked up nationally by USA Today, such as married deacon becoming ordained in Catholic church and Ferguson coverage; create engaging posts for company social media accounts.

Founded and launched community news website in 2010 for largest municipality in St. Louis County/managed monthly editorial and discretionary budget and team of eight freelancers/covered hard news issues, such as a tied election of City Council seat, controversial resignation of Hazelwood School District’s superintendent and ongoing dispute of Wal-Mart coming to town.
Editorial Manager/Urban Tulsa Weekly/August 2009-August 2010
Oversaw editorial and production departments of Tulsa’s alternative news weekly, which generated a circulation of 30,000/ planned the editorial calendar the year, including three specialty publications/wrote cover stories on leading business leaders in the community.
