My professional work experience began at Arcadia University in the College of Global Studies. I was their research assistant, mainly tasked with programing and editing our various study abroad websites and search engines.
After that, I worked as an administrator at the Lake County Assessor’s Office in Indiana. On top of administrative duties, I coordinated with different offices to increase productivity and efficiency.
My next adventure was with Liberty Travel, first as a consultant and then as an assistant team leader. I started out in sales and ended up managing a small team. From there, I began establishing sales goals, producing customer-centric offers, and running email marketing campaigns.
I currently work as a freelancer, specializing as a virtual assistant. Every job is different, but I focus on administrative duties and email marketing.
