Welcome to my interests!
Cooking has been my most consistent hobby since I was 12 years old. I love creating new dishes, putting my own spin on family favorites, and following traditional recipes for old classics. My two favorite cuisines to cook are Mexican and Mediterranean. While I love to cook, I also love to eat! Exploring new cuisines and discovering new restaurants are some of my favorite pastimes.
I’ve been lucky enough to travel to 15 countries by the age of 25. I studied abroad in Antigua, Guatemala in high school and London, England when I was in college. There’s no better feeling than stepping out into a new city and completely immersing yourself in the rich culture. Naturally, one of my favorite activities while traveling is trying the food! Some of my favorite places so far are: France, St. Lucia, London, Jamaica, and Walt Disney World (where Epcot has 13 countries).
I love painting, sketching, and making stickers. I’ve been painting for about 5 years after taking a community art class in college. While I don’t necessarily have a certain style, I love the “paint pouring” technique and am inspired by the ocean.
Animals: I love all animals! Sharks, dogs, cats, and whales are some of my favorites. I have a sweet rescue cat named Pacino and 2 hairless guinea pigs.

Hi Alexis! It’s so cool that you have travelled to 15 countries! I haven’t gotten a chance to travel outside of the U.S. but I would love to one day. France and St. Lucia are definitely on my bucket list! I love Mexican food as well, my favorite dish are tostadas de Tinga. Pacino is adorable!

You are so fortunate to have travelled to 15 countries! I don’t know if I have been to as many countries as you, but I love traveling as well. I actually studied abroad too, but in Sydney Australia. Everything I’ve heard about studying in London makes me think I should done another semester abroad!
I’m more of a dog person just because I am allergic to cats. I have a Portuguese Waterdog named Dean.
