In August 2016, I began working at the Estée Lauder Companies as a Global Consumer Care Representative. In this position, I developed an extensive knowledge of the company’s services and product lines of Estée Lauder’s 29 brands. Through capturing relevant data for the consumer information database, I am able to recognize emerging trends and communicate them to the Brand Directors, Director/Product Experience, and Vice President.
After graduating from Temple University in December 2014, I secured a position at AXA Advisors as a New Account Specialist. In this position, I managed new account processes by collecting client information and entering account data for a group of 5 advisors. My responsibilities included facilitating the movement and transfer of new and existing clients’ assets for 200+ accounts at a time.
In the Summer of 2014, I was a Marketing Communications Intern at FLOWatch. The main project I worked on was the company website. I created a new website design and developed website content. In addition, I produced and managed brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials for use in trade shows. I also enhanced the social media presence of the company through updates on LinkedIn and Twitter.
While attending Temple University as an undergraduate student, I was a Technology Support Student Assistant on campus. I provided assistance with computers and technology in 37 classrooms in Ritter Hall. I responded to and solved issues related to computers and other technology equipment. This position helped me to further develop both my technology and problem-solving skills.
During the Summer break in 2011 and 2012, I worked for an agent at State Farm Insurance as a Marketing Specialist. In this position, I assisted with direct marketing efforts by sending mailings to prospective clients and updating information in customer databases.
