Amy A. Lavin first joined the Fox School in 2012, as an adjunct professor of Management Information Systems. In 2015, she joined the school as a full time assistant professor.
At Fox, Amy has taught multiple sections of Information Systems in Organizations, Data Analytics, Digital Design & Innovation and Business Intelligence. Amy runs the MS-Digital Innovation in Marketing Program and leads the capstone experience for the program.. Prior to joining the Fox School, she served as a technical training manager for Temple University, and coordinated the training of more than 800 employees for the Banner student launch, as well as managed and delivered the training program for the Concur Expense Management System. Amy also led the implementation of Salesforce.com across several offices at the University.
Additionally, Amy has worked as a technical team manager and senior functional consultant with SunGard Higher Education, and as a software licensing manager at Temple.
Amy completed her Ed.D in education administration, from Temple University’s College of Education in 2019. She earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the Fox School. She also holds a direct marketing certificate from The Pennsylvania State University.
