TEMPLE UNIVERSITY
Instructional Technologist, Fox School of Business
November 2019 – Present

As an Instructional Technologist for the Online and Digital Learning team,  I am responsible for assisting Fox OBBA faculty in preparing for their online based courses via WebEx and Zoom. I also am responsible for hosting web conferencing trainings for Fox students and professors. I collaborate daily with Instructional Designers to support Fox online and digital learning. My most current task as an Instructional Technologist acting as the point person for Fox during the University’s Web Conferencing transition from Webex to Zoom.

Jr. Systems Administrator, Information Technology Services, Student
December 2016 – November 2018

In my role as a Jr. Systems Administrator for IT Services, I was responsible for assisting Sr. Systems Administrators in administering, supporting, researching and evaluating application systems and devices used for instruction, web and video conferencing, multimedia and other functions. I supported all major academic systems at Temple University, including but not limited to Canvas (LMS), Cisco WebEx, Office 365, Google Apps, TechSmith Relay, Echo 360. I also assisted in the migration of Temple University’s Learning Management System from Blackboard Learn to Canvas.

Computer Science Department Teacher’s Assistant
January 2014 – December 2017

As a Teacher’s Assistant I acted as support to the instructor while working in the lab portion of Computer Applications and Cyberspace and Society courses I provided general support and one-on-one consultations for classes of 25 students.           

Instructional Technology Intern  
May 2016 – December 2016

In my position as an Instructional Technology Intern, I managed an instructional technology tools project, including organization of contributions from four students as well as Integrated, maintained and managed LibCal and WordPress systems. I was responsible for assisting consultants in developing and delivering specialized workshops on Learning Management Systems and other instructional technologies

Instructional Support Center Lab Consultant
April 2013 – May 2016

As a Lab Consultant I acted as a receptionist at the front desk answering phone calls, booking reservations for break out rooms as well as answering questions. I Conducted one-on-one consultations with professors who need technology support with applications such as Blackboard,WebEx, TechSmith Relay. I also assisted in teaching training sessions and Lunch and Learns for instructors that teach online-based courses
