One of the larger ongoing goals of the company I work for is to constantly improve and streamline processes by leveraging automation and artificial intelligence. This makes sense at a digital marketing agency, but where else could this technology drastically affect different business processes?
In class we discussed the process of ordering a hoagie at Wawa, and there’s room for artificial intelligence and automation here as well. It’s not absurd to think that Wawa could expand upon their app and use artificial intelligence to provide customized recommendations to customers, where they can then pay for their food, and have it ready waiting for them at the nearest Wawa location.
Where else do you think AI can have a dramatic impact upon routine processes?
