Participants: Amy, Becca, Kiersten, Collene, Melissa, Brittany, Drew, Angi
Digital Process & Model:
Amy Feedback-
Graph for the upward trend of pet ownership(instead of showing percentages)
Are we after the 11% who aren’t going to the vet?
Great addition of the telemedicine
You’re telling a really great story, this is really great, no real feedback besides maybe the graphic at the beginning
Becca Feedback:
Biz model looks very thorough
The research is answering a ton of questions
You understand your market and targeting
Brittany: Do we need an end-to-end model or graph?
Amy says an architectural design is never be a bad thing.
Britt/Amy: Trending of increase of pet telemedicine could be helpful
Becca: Show cost savings of human telemedicine if we can find data.
Do we need to have single sign on? Or are we storing that?
How are we managing the ecommerce?
We need to show what platforms we will use or call on in our prototype?
Becca said we should use human-related telemedicine information that we can find.
How much do we show of the consumer and vet side of the prototype?
Show more consumer as you want to show how it is for a user, but show something for the vet, too. Sign-up functionality and maybe the follow-up after a visit. Should it be typing on the phone or voice transcribing? Make sure we have a functioning video for the prototype, even if it’s just slides going one after the other to make it look like it’s typing something.
No slide limit for presentation. Time limit of 20min total. 16 min presentation and 4 min for questions.
Drew asked about our bios. Just present who we are!
We can provide the prototype early and get on a webex to take them through it!
