Full team present- Angi, Kiersten, Collene, Melissa, Drew and Brittany
Amy was overwhelmed in a good way by how much we have done!
Website is well organized. Lots of info on the pages. May want to consider paring it down to subpages. Use More visuals to help define content.
Include more visuals. Tons of content. Visuals will make it more manageable.
Data/cost info is impressive. How are we going to use this data to make money?
Project plan- Amy didn’t see, but opened it and liked what she saw.
Likes brand logo!
Becca- “way super impressed”
Really liked competitive analysis and how we used it to differentiate ourselves. That is what a competitive analysis is meant to do.
Questions regarding: viable pricing structure for telemedicine, mobile, and urgent care. Continue to refine numbers.
Some questions about #s in the company profile. Question about how we determined conversion percentage 30% – That’s high: see below – 5-10% might work.
*Look at app adoption rates for the first year.
Further along than most teams.
As we move through the project, may need to better manage all of the content. It will be a refinement and evolution. No need to save drafts as they will not go back to them (Will be in our Google Drive?)
30% adoption rate is really high. 7,000 households is really aggressive goal. Remember we will need to unseat people from their existing vet relationship.
Look at conversion rates of other new apps. 5-10% might be more realistic.
Infographics of the data will help organize all of our content. Replace text and bullets with images and infographs. Successful teams have used infographs in both their presentations/website.
Marketing strategy in company profile is more of a communication strategy. Our Marketing Strategy overall will be our Product, Features, and Pricing. Need to rename this portion so it’s identified correctly.
Continue to revise website, no need to save old drafts to website once new ones are published.
Creating user experience, choose what fits per your target audience, App/Website.
Regarding prototyping: InVision mentioned again, Justinmind as well. Regarding, using Amy and Becca offered to have school cover cost of license.
Takeaways & To Do’s:
- Refine the financial model and consider breaking it down in a better way visually. (Conversion rate closer to 5%-10% and move from there for adjustments.
- Create visuals for each page – graphs, infographic, etc. Angi has examples in the background docs provided upfront.
- Outline the Marketing Strategy with Product, Features and Pricing…can include the Comm strategy already done. (may be a good visual)
- Research and decide on prototype software so we can get a license if need be.
